Oxygen Purifiers

These models require 94% to 95% oxygen input @ 60 psig to deliver oxygen at 99.5%. Rated flow is 65% to 75% of input flow. Output ranges are 1 Nm3/Hr to 50 Nm3/Hr. Product oxygen at 99.5% is available up to 100 psig storage pressure.

They are offered as retrofit only when primary oxygen supply meets OXAIR’s OX-HP Series criteria of 95% purity.

Given specifications are for the generation of high purity oxygen in the range of 99% to 99.5% purity.
Specifications are to be taken with a margin of +/- 5%
(1) Actual motor sizing of the booster/recycler for delivering the high purity oxygen at 99%
(2) Actual power consumed by the booster.
(3) Actual power required to compress one cubic meter of oxygen at 99%.
(4) Typical pwer required in the first stage air separation proces.
(5) Actual power required for the complete high purity installation for first stage air separation and second stage purification.
(6) Actual energy costs to produce 1 cubic meter of oxygen at 99% and 6 bar.
