These are customized turn key systems complete with feed air compressor(s), air treatment/conditioning/filtration module, oxygen generator modules for 95% or 99% oxygen purity with oxygen recompression/storage options available. Oxygen quality is USP 93% or 99%. Delivered as Simplex or Duplex systems to meet U.S. F.D.A., U.S.P., and Canadian Standards. Medical oxygen delivery systems. These systems include a second stage purification system for removal of residual argon to further increase the oxygen purity to 99%. Power consumption is on the order of 2.6 to 4.4 Kw/Nm3. Oxygen delivery pressure are of the order of 90 psig with storage up to 160 psig (6 to 10 barg).
Medical Cylinder Filling Plants - CYLOX Similar to the industrial CYLOX-Series. These systems are manufactured strictly for medical applications; they include such features as constant purity monitoring with maintenance free oxygen analyzers and bacteria filters on the final product. They are also available with a 99% high purity option.
