Self contained system with integral compressor – output ranges 10 to 40 LPM output pressure up to 90 psig, 90-95% purity, power cost from 1.8 to 2.2 Kw/Nm3. Standard oxygen generators supplied without air compressors, mounted in a portable skid base. Output ranges from 1 Nm3/Hr to 75 Nm3/Hr. Purity 90-95%, output pressure up to 50 psig. Power cost 1.5 to 2.4 Kw/Nm3. Required air supply is a minimum of 90 psig. Similar to OX-Series. Output ranges from 4 Nm3/Hr to 60 Nm3/Hr. Purity 90-95% output pressure up to 10 psig. Power cost are less than 1 Kw/Nm3. Require oil free air compressor at supply pressure of 30 psig. These oxygen generator supplied without air compressor consist of an oxygen generator from the OX-Series at 95% and 65 psig output, an oxygen purifier to purge residual nitrogen and argon traces, a product recompression system to provide 99% oxygen up to 160 psig storage pressure. Output ranges are from 1 Nm3/Hr to 50 Nm3/Hr. Power cost is 2.4 to 4.1 Kw/Nm3 of oxygen product. A low power consumption option is available with power cost 30% lower, or 1.5 to 3Kw/Nm3. These models require 94 to 95% oxygen input @ 60 psig to deliver oxygen at 99%. Rated flow is 65 to 75% of input flow. Output ranges are 1 Nm3/Hr to 50 Nm3/Hr. Product oxygen at 99% is available up to 160 psig storage pressure. They are offered as retrofit only when primary oxygen supply meets Oxair’s OXHP-Series criteria of 95%.
Capital cost optimized use lubricated compressor air supply and produce oxygen up to 45 psig. Designed to be used with any type of lubricated compressor they require 1.6 Kw/Nm3 of product output.
Power optimized tonnage systems are available as modular components up to 15 tons when purchased with an Oxair optimized air compressor, power cost per cubic meter of oxygen are as low as 0.7 Kw/Nm3, only 25% more than equivalent VPSA system but with the inherent simplicity of atmospheric PSA. Standard product plants are 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 TPDM.
Cylinder Filling Plants - CYLOX Cylinder filling plants. These systems are available to fill 6.4 Nm3 oxygen cylinders at a minimum pressure of 2200 psi. Consist of feed air compressors, air treatment package, oxygen generator / and purifier, high pressure compressor, manifold station for up to 10 cylinders, oxygen analyzer and cylinder evacuation system included. Energy cost to fill cylinders vary from 12 to 18 Kw/cylinder. Filling capacities from 8 to 200 cylinders/day for industrial or medical applications. Similar to the CYLOX- Series. These custom built oxygen compressors are available to compress oxygen from 5 to 160 psig at delivery rates of 40 Nm3/Hr at rated pressure. These compressors can be used to fill oxygen cylinders up to 2200 psig. By use of a liquid piston design the oxygen can be compressed safely and at a lower temperatures than with dry piston compressors. Maintenance cost are substantially less than with other compressor due to the simplicity in design and "standard" spare parts components which makes it very attractive for remote isolated areas.
